Someone who will be readily available to answer texts or phone calls on the wedding day in case of emergency - usually a planner, coordinator, parent, or MOH

Please include an agenda of your wedding day including times and locations for each event you would like us to attend. Include everything from pre-ceremony to send-off (including the blocks you set aside for formal photos)! If you are having events during your reception (cake cutting, dancing, etc.) that you have set times for, please include those events as well. If you or your planner have a PDF version of your wedding agenda, you can skip this question and send me an email with that information.

Please include all addresses for your wedding day (ie. getting ready location, venue, etc.)

If so, what will you be doing for the formal exit? (i.e. sparklers, bubbles,etc.)

Are there any people who will be attending your wedding that you would like us to pay special attention to? (ie. grandparents who may not live much longer, a best friend, your siblings, etc.)

Please include a list of the vendors who are involved in your wedding including their instagram handles if you have them so we can tag them in photos and give them proper credit. This includes makeup artists, florists, caterers, wedding planner, DJ, etc.
